This week has been a decent week. I started out on Monday having a 3 mi run, then Wednesday was a 4.25 mi run about 35 minutes, and then yesterday's run 42 or 43 minutes and it ended being just over 5 miles. This training is going really well. Tomorrow is my distance run but it is only 3 miles.
I have noticed that so many barefoot shoes have came into the world. Vibram has some, vivobarefoot, stem, and other companies have made "barefoot" shoes. I like the stem ones because they are just normal shoes. The vivobarefoot ones are nice too... but way expensive.
