Today's 7 mi run ended week 2 of training. It was hard run. I should have started earlier than 7 am, by that time the sun was up and it was between 80-85 degrees with 90 ish percent humidity. I guess we all have to make training mistakes sometimes. Well... that wont happen again. Also, I will bring my water belt too... holding a water bottle is a pain in the ass. My diet needs to change the days before runs too... I cannot eat heavy and run these distances.
