Sucks I have posted in a bout a week or so... Well the distance run for last week was 3 miles and went great... had something like a 7:57 min/mile pace. :D. A lot of good energy. I didnt get to do a decent run on Monday due to the weather, but todays 35 min run went smoothly. Tomorrow is going to be a fun day... I have my 45 min run that I am going to do and then I will be leading a PT session directly after it. The distance run is going to be 9 miles this weekend. :D I have a decent plan for it and it should work since most of it is down hill and then flat.
