Today was a great day for running. Roughly 80 degrees and 80-90% humidity.. ok well this was while running on the bridge with a nice cross wind. 34:21 and 4 miles later, I was dripping with sweat. Thought about running more along the beach but that cross wind turns more into a head wind. Head winds are great for the mental workout. You think that your going slower, but I dont think the wind affects you that much... unless you are in Wyoming or trying to run in a hurricane.
Well here is a picture of the bridge. It gives you an idea of intensity to expect when running this bridge. I was going to start on the other side, but the casino turned that small parking lot into a valet lot... Oh well.
