week 1 down

Last week was the frist week of training, It went very well. I had a weird pain Friday morning, but I guess it was just some kind of muscle/tendon soreness. I was scared that it was PF but it did not turn out that way. :) Well on to week 2. Two 45 minute runs and end the week with a 7 mi run. :)
