Did my 2 45 minute runs for the week and I have a 7 mi run on Saturday. My KSOs are holding up very well. I think they have a close to 150 miles.
I track my runs and everything through Trainingpeaks.com. It is a great little website that can help with keeping track of everything that deals with training.
