Run went well today. I did 5.25 mi in 45 min. It was on the bridge and down the beach. It was a cool 70 something degrees and had a nice wind. That always makes for a good run.
I have started a new marathon training plan. It is the Jeff Galloway 28 wk program for the Disney Marathon... which is a good thing seeing how I am already registered for it :P. 3 runs a week 2 of them are just timed and the third has a distance or speed work plan to it. I figured this would be a better plan than the condensed 18 week plan. :) Hope it all goes well.
